Our chapter represents a diverse and passionate community of benefits professionals—health and life insurance agents and brokers, consultants, carrier partners, LTC and disability specialists, PBM and TPA representatives, and other experts who support the employee benefits and healthcare ecosystem.

As a local chapter of NABIP Illinois and the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, we work to strengthen and elevate the benefits industry. We advocate for ethical, client-focused practices, champion smart legislation, and promote the vital role of insurance products in protecting health, financial security, and quality of life.

Together, we educate, collaborate, and lead—ensuring our members are equipped to navigate constant change while continuing to make a real difference for employers, individuals, and families throughout Chicagoland.
